REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an HGV mechanic/technician
• Leadership qualities with pride in high standards of work
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and motivate apprentices
• HGV licence beneficial (not essential)
