Responsibilities

Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
Monitor patients and report on their condition
Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
Accompany the patient to doctor’s visits, shopping, and other errand
