Description Certified HHA needed for Fridays 8a-1p for female client in home aide to assist with mobility, personal care and meal prep/companionship. Lives in New Bedford. Must have a car with proof of auto insurance. We can offer additional hours with other clients in other areas if interested. Requirements MUST HAVE A CAR & AUTO INSURANCE, Must pass background check, have valid HHA or CNA Certification, CPR, Physical and Negative TB Test and the ability to attend orientation at our Plainville Ma office for one day. Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook. Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required). Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans. Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs. Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team. Requirements Certification: Current HHA certification. License: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
