Responsibilities
  • Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings.
  • Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met.
  • Answers phone inquiries, identifies and resolves client concerns.
  • Appropriately issues refunds and handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol.
  • Stock shelves and inform the purchaser when inventory is low.
  • Keep knowledge of HHC related products and services current and attend in-service and product training when applicable.
  • Complete all required paperwork and other administrative requirements in a timely and professional manner
