Are you ready to bring the heat and steal the show? We’re hiring a Hibachi Chef to create an unforgettable dining experience that is full of flair, flavor, and fiery fun! If you love cooking in front of an audience, thrive under pressure, and enjoy entertaining while you grill, this is your stage.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Hibachi Chef, you’ll prepare and cook high-quality dishes live at the grill, dazzling guests with your knife skills, showmanship, and personality. You’ll ensure every dish meets our standards of excellence in taste, timing, and presentation all while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience as a Hibachi Chef, Teppanyaki Chef, or similar role preferred
  • Strong knife skills and solid understanding of basic cooking techniques
  • Outgoing, charismatic personality with a passion for entertaining
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of safe food handling practices and kitchen hygiene
  • Willingness to learn and grow with training provided

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements
  • Comfortable working near high heat and open flames
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
