This is a unique opportunity to join the Highlands Ventures LLC team at our Mulligans Restaurant located at Highlands Golf Course at Hidden Valley, in the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Employee Perks Discounted rounds of golf with cart (based on course availability) Pro Shop discounts Discounted employee meals at our Mulligan's Grille Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Greets guests, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food, drink, and/or service Relays order to kitchen and serves courses, ensuring the orders are correct when delivered Observes patrons to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meals/drinks have been completed Totals bill and accepts payment or refer the patron to cashier Assists in clearing and resetting tables at the conclusion of service Other duties that may be assigned by superiors Supervisory Responsibilities None Qualifications Qualifications RAMP certification is required on the first day of employment Must have cash handling experience Must possess strong customer service skills Previous food and beverage experience a plus ServSafe certification is a plus

Responsibilities
