HIGH INTENSITY CARER – SUPPORT A HIGH-ACUITY CLIENT IN THEIR HOME

• Providing one to one in home care to a client with complex care needs which include tracheostomy care and ventilator management, ensuring the client’s safety and comfort at home.
• Work a variety of shifts across a rotating 24/7 roster in the comfort of the clients home.
• Enjoy support from a clinical nurse educator and fully trained after hours support team so that you are well support 24 hours a day.
