This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in the furniture or office furniture industry, who can bring an established network of B2B clients and resources to generate immediate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outdoor sales strategies, including field visits, networking, and targeted outreach to promote and sell office furniture to corporate clients, office design firms, and renovation companies.
  • Leverage your existing B2B client relationships and industry contacts to identify and secure new business opportunities quickly.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and upselling of customized furniture solutions.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations, product demos, and tailored proposals that address client needs in the office furniture sector.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales efficiently, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification to delivery.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine approaches and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and client support.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in outdoor sales within the furniture or office furniture industry, with a strong preference for those who have successfully sold similar products in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue through an established network of B2B clients, particularly in office design, renovation, or related sectors.
  • Existing client resources and contacts that can be leveraged immediately to bring in new business and orders.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and readiness for extensive travel across Dubai and nearby emirates.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
