Description

We are delighted to announce a new 16 bed service based in Doncaster that will welcome patients from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The unit with support patients with complex mental health with a focus on rehabilitation, patients may be in the service for up to 12 months and through a multi-professional approach will receive recovery focussed care.

o The post holder will manage the ward in the absence of the ward manager.
o The post holder will assist in providing professional and managerial leadership and ensure that the ward environment is satisfactory to maintain the physical and mental wellbeing of service users and staff.
o The post holder will provide adequate cover at all times and advise the ward manager and modern matron of any discrepancies.
o The post holder will work collaboratively with the whole mental health team.
