Lady Quack’s Bakery and Cake Shop is HIRING a high detail cookie decorator.
Lady Quack’s is the cake shop for Quack’s 43rd Street Bakery and we’re looking for a talented decorator to join our team. Our cake shop makes a variety of products including, but not limited to, Custom cakes, cupcakes and decorated shortbread cookies. All of our products are made from scratch and never use preservatives or artificial flavoring. We are located in the Mueller development at 1900 Simond Ave. Ste 300 (a few doors down from the Thinkery, the Austin Children’s Museum). We are looking for a FULL-TIME decorator to work 5 days a week. Previous experience is required, please. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times, and we need folks who have flexible scheduling.

• Ability to expertly decorate cookies in a timely and consistent manner
• Make dough, royal frosting, sheet and bake-off cookies if necessary
• Good time management
• Communications skills and team oriented
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must have valid food handler’s certificate
