POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient primary care opportunity within a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare organization • Manage your own established patient panel while practicing autonomous, relationship-focused medicine • Join a supportive interdisciplinary care team using EPIC EMR in a stable clinic environment • Opportunity to provide impactful preventative and chronic disease care across diverse patient populations WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Monday–Friday outpatient schedule • No call responsibilities • Competitive base salary up to $187,000 • Sign-on bonus available • Manageable patient volume averaging 16–20 patients daily • Full patient panel ownership and continuity of care • Strong mission-driven community healthcare model • EPIC EMR platform • Stable long-term outpatient practice environment SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday schedule • No nights or weekends required • No call coverage responsibilities • Average daily patient volume of approximately 16–20 patients • Outpatient-only primary care setting CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services • Manage acute and chronic health conditions across the lifespan • Develop long-term patient relationships through continuity of care • Perform preventative care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and support staff • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary range: $159,000–$187,000 • Sign-on bonus available • 95% employer-paid health insurance • Dental and vision insurance • 403(b) retirement plan with 3% employer match • 13 paid holidays annually • 13 vacation days plus 12 sick days • CME allowance plus paid CME time • State and HRSA loan repayment eligibility • Malpractice insurance coverage • Annual license reimbursement and renewal support Requirements • Family Nurse Practitioner license in California REQUIRED • Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience REQUIRED • Primary care experience REQUIRED • Experience managing an independent patient panel preferred • Strong outpatient clinical and relationship-building skills REQUIRED • EPIC EMR experience preferred • Bilingual candidates welcomed but not required Not ready to formally apply?
