THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Denver sales team. This individual will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and the champion of our customer-centric sales philosophy. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a profound knowledge of high-end cycling products and a proven track record in premium retail environments. You are more than a manager; you are a coach, a strategist, and the lead storyteller for the incredible brands we represent.

2. SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:

  • Lead by example by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor, demonstrating a consultative and relationship-based sales approach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Ensure every customer receives the “Epic Cycles Experience"—a welcoming, informative, and personalized journey from initial greeting to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Expertly manage and resolve any customer issues or escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, VIPs, and local cycling teams/clubs.
