POSITION

Within the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie Department , based in Rome , we are looking for a High End Client Development Director .
Reporting directly to the High End (HE) Global Client Development, Business Development & Training Director , this role has the strategic aim to define and drive the HE clienteling agenda, with global responsibility to ensure successful delivery of HE client engagement, coverage, experience and development. Acting as a Brand Ambassador, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in further growing our HE business, working in an international context and collaborating with multiple departments.
S/He will manage and develop a team of 3/4 people and animate the community of HE Client Development Managers/ HE Managers on HE clienteling related topics in the different markets.

HE CLIENT EXPERIENCE ENHANCEMENT & HE CLIENT JOURNEY PLANNING

  • Instill a structured, client-centric mindset within the global team, focusing on building long term relationships with HE clients.
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders at both global and local levels to define/ coordinate exceptional international and local experiences for HE clients.
  • Build up our ‘go to market’ and follow-up capacity to ensure the definition of effective clienteling action plans on priority client clusters and individualized client journey plans at market level.
  • Work on market adoption of the new methodologies, processes and tools (both quantitative and qualitative).

QUALIFICATIONS/PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES:

  • University degree in Business Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in client development (minimum 10 years), preferably in luxury and/or jewelry in a global context. Previous experience with Asian market will be considered a plus.
  • Strong project management skills and experience .
  • Ability to understand and express business needs to various internal stakeholders, applying a quali/quantitative approach.
  • People management experience.Fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
