Martin & MacArthur is currently seeking a High End Retail Manager one of our Poipu galleries.
Our Managers are responsible achieving sales goals by actively engaging clients as well as guiding, coaching and mentoring sales associates to do the same

Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and exemplifying

“Gracious Hawaiian Living”

• Manage all operations for the gallery including receiving, transfers, shipping and cycle audits
• Manage the labor schedules the staff to meet the needs of the store
• Provide excellent customer service
• Actively clienteling and training the associates to do the same
• Maintaining the store’s visual presentation to company standards

Requirements:

• Passion for exquisite hand-crafted products made in Hawaii
• Proven successful experience in management
• Strong leadership skills
• Good organizational abilities
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to constantly learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
