Right at Home Gold Coast provides trusted in-home aged care and disability support services, helping people live safely and independently in their own homes. We’re currently seeking passionate and experienced High-Intensity Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a casual basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a High-Intensity Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, high-level care to clients with complex medical and behavioural needs. You’ll work across a variety of home environments, delivering essential support that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and independence of each individual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
• Domestic support such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and activities
• Assistance with mobility aids and equipment (hoists, wheelchairs, walking frames, etc.)
• Support for clients with complex physical or behavioural needs
• Monitoring client wellbeing and documenting/reporting progress
• Participating in regular staff meetings and mandatory training
• Availability for shift work including overnights and weekends
