High Intensive Care Coordinator HICC (Case Manager)- Children's Services This position will be based out of our Geneva County Clinic in Geneva, Al Travel will be required to Dale County as well.  Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Duties of this position include: * The Case Manager in this role will provide case management services to adolescent consumers within the Geneva and Dale County Areas * Interview and determine needs of adolescents/families * Assist consumers in accessing community services inside and outside of the SpectraCare System * Implement service plans  * Service as a liaison between consumers of the program and other community agencies * Maintain client records using an electronic clinical record system Requirements: * Must have a BS degree in Psychology or related mental health field * Must have a good driving record free from DUI/reckless driving for the past (3) years- will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR checks * Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age). * Must successfully complete case management training through Alabama DMH/MR and receive certification of that training upon hire Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama Health and Dental Insurance AL State Retirement  Paid holidays Paid time off- sick leave and annual leave Company paid life insurance AD&D and dependent life insurance Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Participant Troy University Student Discount Program (Dothan Campus)
