POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Relationship Manager to be the voice of Jambo Home Loans and facilitate growth in both home loan financing and real estate services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, excels in communication, and has a passion for fostering strong, professional relationships.
As a Relationship Manager, you will reach out to prospective clients, manage relationships with both potential and existing customers, and collaborate with our real estate and sales teams to ensure the best outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in sales, calling, or client relationship management—preferably within the real estate or home loan sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to engage clients and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; a personal laptop is required.
  • Strong phone skills and a proactive approach to reaching out to new and existing clients.
