Show vehicles and explain features and warranties. Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchases. Accompany test drives, collecting licenses and documents first. Negotiate prices and trade-in values. Coordinate with finance on customer options. Follow up with past customers. Qualifications: Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of vehicles, financing, and sales process. Active listening to identify customer needs. Persuasive in closing sales. Confident and creates a strong impression.
