The HNW Professional Development Lead is a strategic role responsible for creating, developing, and executing the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program for the group. You will play a critical role in shaping the learning and development programs that elevate both individual growth and organizational-wide performance. This role will report into our Group Head of HNW. Build the Great Eastern HNW Sales Leadership Program to support Great Eastern Distribution HNW Sales Leaders in their professional development. Conduct learning needs analyses to identify leadership and sales capability gaps and collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. Establish and cultivate partnerships with leading industry and academic institutes in the design and execution of key programs to support the business strategy for the HNW segment. Champion a growth mindset and drive a culture of continuous learning and capability building, equipping teams to thrive in a rapidly changing market. Engage key stakeholders to secure commitment for learning initiatives and drive learning agendas, roadmaps, or strategic programs Degree holder with 10+ years of Learning & Development experience in sales training, professional training and coaching, including prior experience focusing on HNW or luxury client segments. Experience in change management, designing and delivering key learning projects or programmes Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of HNW client needs, including Wealth Management, Trust, Family Office, Insurance and Private Banking. Background in leadership/OD consulting would be advantageous. Agile to be both strategic and conceptual, as well as tactical and hands-on. Not afraid to roll up sleeves
