As Microsoft’s cloud business continues to grow the ability to deploy new offerings and HW infrastructure on time, in high volume with high quality and lowest cost is of paramount importance. To achieve this goal, the Cloud Hardware Manufacturing Engineering (CHME) team is instrumental in defining and delivering operational measures of success for hardware manufacturing, improving the planning process, quality, delivery, scale and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware. We are looking for a High Performance Compute Director with a passion for customer focused solutions, insight and industry knowledge to envision and implement future technical solutions that will manage and optimize the Cloud infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related field AND 6+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, systems engineering, or industrial controls
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in a leadership role within the HPC domain
- Understanding of High-Performance Computing (HPC) Infrastructure and services critical to EDA tool simulation.
- Oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex technical information to leadership.
