POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Slave Lake Chrysler, you will be the vital link between our customers and our service department. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide accurate service estimates, and ensure timely vehicle repairs and maintenance. Your goal is to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by offering expert advice, managing service appointments, and overseeing the entire service experience from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of dealership management software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
