The High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) Educator plays an essential role in ensuring that high potential learners are known, challenged and supported, contributing to a learning community that is aspirational, inclusive and future-focused    The Role:  The High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) Educator plays a key role in advancing the Junior School’s commitment to personalised learning, student agency and holistic excellence. The Educator will ensure that high potential learners are identified, challenged and supported to flourish.    The HPGE Educator collaborates with classroom teachers, leaders and specialist staff to design and embed evidence-informed practices that nurture student potential across the intellectual, creative, social-emotional and physical domains, in line with contemporary HPGE policy and Carey's educational philosophy.    The HPGE position will work across the Kew and Donvale Junior School campuses at 0.4FTE.
