Description We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused High Pressure Black Seal Operator to join our team. This entry-level role is responsible for the safe operation, monitoring, and basic upkeep of high-pressure boiler systems. The ideal candidate will already possess a valid High Pressure Black Seal license and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. This position does not require advanced mechanical work but does require reliability and attention to detail. About the Role As an Assistant Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations while supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This position ensures compliance with GAAP and internal policies, while driving accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. You will partner closely with finance team members and cross-functional departments to deliver timely insights, identify process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical abilities, leadership skills, and the capacity to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
