Location: Delta Junction, Alaska What You Will Do * Perform high-pressure grout injection operations to stabilize rock formations and control water inflow. * Operate and monitor grout pumps, mixing systems, and injection equipment in underground or surface mining environments. * Prepare and mix cement, chemical, or resin-based grout materials following engineering specifications. * Install and operate packers, pressure gauges, hoses, and valves used in injection systems. * Monitor pressure levels, flow rates, and grout volumes to ensure effective treatment of ground conditions. * Read and follow grouting plans, drilling layouts, and geotechnical instructions. * Maintain detailed grouting logs, operational reports, and quality control records. * Conduct routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting. * Work closely with geotechnical engineers, drilling crews, and mine supervisors to complete stabilization projects. * Follow all mine safety standards, procedures, and environmental regulations. * Schedule: Rotation – 14 days on / 14 days off   What We’re Looking For * Experience in high-pressure grouting, ground support, or underground mining operations. * Hands-on experience operating grouting pumps, mixers, and injection systems. * Knowledge of cementitious grouting, chemical grouting, or polyurethane injection methods. * Ability to interpret technical plans, procedures, and engineering instructions. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration. * Ability to work in physically demanding underground environments. * Willingness to work rotational schedules at remote mine sites. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in underground mining, tunneling, or geotechnical ground improvement. * Certifications such as mine safety training (MSHA). * Mechanical aptitude with experience maintaining high-pressure pumping equipment.
