We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic High School Economics Teacher to join our prestigious international school in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching A Level Economics, fostering a deep understanding of economic principles and encouraging analytical thinking among students. Main Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and informative A Level Economics lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles. Create lesson plans and assessments that align with curriculum standards and prepare students for examinations. Foster a critical thinking environment by encouraging discussions and debates about economic issues. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid their development. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate interdisciplinary topics and enhance the curriculum. Participate in school events, professional development workshops, and contribute to the broader school community. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher. Native English speakers preferred, non-native speakers welcome. Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, particularly in A Level Economics. Strong understanding of economic concepts and the ability to convey complex information effectively.
