We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in upcoming 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026. About the school This school is a new high school, belongs to a famous education group, located in QingPu, Shanghai. The school creates an intelligent learning atmosphere and the International Baccalaureate (IB) and AP curriculum. Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English B to high school students utilizing the IB DP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor degree or above in the related subject Teaching certificate Two or more years teaching experience in the subject in higher education Excellent communications skills Good understanding of teaching in IB context Salary and benefits Monthly Salary 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 8,000 RMB Travel allowance is 20,000 RMB per year Provide a two- year contract and completion bonus is 20,000 International insurance is 10,000 RMB per year Fully paid summer and winter holiday Public holiday
