We are looking for a High School English Teacher for an International Bilingual School in Xiamen. This position is available from the 2026-27 academic year (Spring or Fall 2026). Job responsibilities Teach the subject of English including; English literature and writing to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers Develop supportive and safe learning environments Bachelor's degree in Education, English or a related field Valid teaching certification or license Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience AP curriculum school experience preferred Home-country teaching license preferred Salary and benefits Monthly salary range of 26,000 to 28,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications Monthly housing allowance of 4500 to 5000 RMB Paid summer and winter holidays Public holidays Schooling for the employee’s children Commercial insurance Reimbursable relocation allowance of 6000-10000 RMB Reimbursable flight allowance Incentives for completion of contract Residence and work permit sponsored
