We are seeking an experienced High School English Teacher specializing in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme to join our prestigious international school in China. This role offers the opportunity to guide and inspire students as they develop their skills in critical thinking, analysis, and written expression. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that meet the standards and expectations of the IB DP curriculum. Facilitate student engagement through discussions, group work, and creative assignments. Assess student performance and provide timely feedback to support academic growth. Prepare students for IB assessments and examinations, ensuring readiness and confidence. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and cross-disciplinary projects. Participate in school events, professional development, and IB training opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is highly preferred. Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme, particularly in English literature or language. A minimum of 3 years of secondary English teaching experience. Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
