We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated In-Person Math and Science Tutor to support and empower high school students to achieve academic success. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with the British Columbia curriculum for high school in both math and science subjects. This role requires someone passionate about education, skilled in breaking down complex topics, and committed to helping students reach their full potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of the BC Math and Science curriculum for Grades 8-12 (e.g. Pre-Calculus, Chemistry, Physics, Biology).
• Previous experience tutoring high school students is preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt teaching strategies to individual learning styles.
• Patient, reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
