Scholars of the Queensway is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic part-time High School Math and Science Tutor (ability to teach two or more of Chemistry/Physics/Biology would be a plus) to join our team. As a teacher at Scholars, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically. We take pride in delivering results that matter to all of our students, and our teachers play a key role in this journey. Candidates must be confident teaching high school concepts up to grade 12. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Candidates in a university designation towards math and sciences are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience working with students is an asset.
Excellent English oral and written skills.
A passion to help students reach their potential.
Ability to teach groups of up to 2 students.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Currently living in South Etobicoke (or a nearby area).

Candidates must be able to work a minimum of three shifts per week within our hours of operation below.

Monday - Thursday, 4:00 - 8:00 pm

Saturdays, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
