We have an opening for an upbeat, dynamic High School Math and Science Tutor, who wants to work in a rewarding teaching environment. Candidates must possess a strong passion for seeing students succeed, and must be comfortable teaching Grade 11 and Grade 12 Maths and Science.
Teaching Requirements:
Attending a Bachelor’s Degree in the subject area or degree Confident with High School level Maths, Physics and Chemistry
Experience in a teaching/tutoring environment
Strong English language skills
Be a dedicated and passionate teacher who thrives on seeing students succeed
Upbeat and willing to motivate
Highly organized and flexible
Interested candidates must be available a minimum of 2-4 evenings a week (4-8pm) and potentially Saturday mornings (9-12pm).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
