JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. While experience is not necessary, a strong ability to communicate subject-specific concepts is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various subjects in mathematics, including grade 12 Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, and Data Management. This position requires effective classroom management skills, the ability to develop engaging curriculum, and a passion for mentoring students in their academic journeys.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; teaching certification preferred. Third and fourth year students of Bachelor’s programs are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in subjects including Trigonometry, Algebra, Differential Equations, Discrete Math, and various sciences.
• Strong classroom management skills with prior classroom experience.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds; special education experience is a plus.
• Ability to conduct research and utilize library services for academic purposes.
