JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a personable, organized and talented Office Administrator to join our team. Our wonderful charter high school is growing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enabling a positive office environment: answering phones and greeting students, parents, visitors; supporting daily tasks such as attendance; managing key enterprise software such as our student information system.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-secondary certification/education in office administration or working with adolescents.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and identified enterprise systems.
  • Excellent clerical experience including filing, typing, proofreading, and data entry skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, partners and staff.
  • Experience working in an administrative capacity or front desk role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in an office setting is advantageous but not required. We encourage candidates who are enthusiastic about education and committed to making a difference in students’ lives to apply for this rewarding position in our high school.
