Part-Time Teachers / Tutors for High School Science and Math
As a tutor and mentor with Scholars Education Centre, you will be responsible for providing superior individualized academic support for students. Scholars of London is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time Teachers / Tutors for various ages and academic subjects to join our team.
As a teacher at Scholars, you will have the opportunity to positively impact students, both personally and academically. We take pride in delivering ‘results that matter’ to all of our students, and our teachers play a key role in this journey. The successful candidate will be trained on Scholars’ teaching methodology. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Ontario Certified Teacher is strongly preferred
• Candidates in Teachers College or strong university student with a desire to teach and a designation towards math, sciences, or French are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience working with students is a requirement
• Excellent English oral and written skills
• A passion to help students reach their potential
• Exceptionally organized and high attention to detail
• Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students
• Must be able to effectively teach their subjects and level
• High School Math/Science candidates must be confident and able to teach math or science up to grade 12, including the following subjects: Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, Data Management, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry
