Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students achieve their academic goals. This role requires effective communication skills, classroom experience, and the ability to engage students in various subjects, including English, Math and French. The knowledge for Roblox, Python will be an advantage.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Teach a variety of subjects including English and Math ensuring students grasp key concepts.
• Provide tutoring support to students who require additional assistance in their studies.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports students with special education needs and those with disabilities.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects while providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and classroom behavior.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create interdisciplinary projects that enrich the curriculum.

Requirements

• Proven classroom experience with high school students; experience working with children is essential.
• Strong tutoring capabilities in subjects such as English, Math.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; strong writing skills are a plus.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Leadership qualities that inspire student engagement and promote a positive classroom culture.
