WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Expertise in High-Speed Electrical Design: Proven experience in the design and development of high-speed PCBs, with a focus on FPGA, processors, and DDR memories.
  • Knowledge of EMC Compliance Standards: A strong understanding of EMC best practices and success in designing products that comply with FCC and CE standards.
  • Experience in Integrating RF and Digital Systems: Skills in designing interfaces between RF front-ends and digital processing units, ensuring efficient system performance.
  • Collaboration with Software Development Teams: Experience working closely with software teams, highlighting the importance of cross-disciplinary collaboration for system integration.
  • FPGA and Processor Design Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the FPGA market, component selection, and the technical expertise required for schematic design and PCB layout. (Tool: Altium Designer)
  • Design for Manufacturing: Experience with PCB / PCBA production, assembly and test processes and knowledge of state-of-the-art DfM techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills, coupled with effective communication.

  • Oversee High-Speed PCB Design and Development Processes: Manage the complete project lifecycle of high-speed PCBs, emphasizing innovative design and signal integrity.
  • Ensure Seamless Integration of Hardware with Software: Work closely with the software engineering team to ensure hardware components align perfectly with software systems, optimizing overall system efficiency.
  • Adhere to Advanced PCB Technologies and Compliance Standards: Utilize cutting-edge PCB technologies and ensure all designs meet or exceed EMC compliance standards, including FCC and CE regulations.
  • Lead in the Selection and Design of FPGA and Processor Components: Provide expertise in the FPGA market for optimal component selection and lead schematic design and layout efforts for high-performance systems.
