What you’ll do

  • Run qualified discovery/closing calls (Zoom/phone) and convert warm, inbound leads.
  • Own the full cycle from needs analysis → value mapping → commercial proposal → close.
  • Maintain crisp pipeline hygiene (Close/HubSpot), accurate forecasting, and next steps.
  • Drive show rate with confirmations, pre-call briefs, and fast follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with setters to improve lead quality, scripts, and objection handling.
  • Hit and exceed monthly revenue and close-rate targets across multiple offers.

You’ll be measured on

  • Close rate from qualified shows (target 25–35%+ depending on offer)
  • Show rate on booked calls (target 60–70%+)
  • Monthly revenue closed and speed to close
  • CRM accuracy and follow-up SLAs

What you bring

  • 2–5+ years closing high-ticket products/services (education, coaching, SaaS, or pro services).
  • Data to back it up: past close %, average deal size, monthly revenue, show rate.
  • Strong consultative selling: discovery, problem mapping, ROI framing, and clean closes.
  • Objection mastery (time/money/authority/competitor) and multi-threading stakeholders.
  • Timezone flexibility (UK core hours + some US/Global when needed).
  • Excellent written & verbal English; confident on Zoom; disciplined with CRM.
