Full-time role with competitive remuneration Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days 401K plan with company match for your financial future Paid time off and company holidays for work-life balance Exclusive employee discounts on state-of-the-art technology products Supportive and inclusive work environment Key Responsibilities of a High Volt Dispatcher Coordinate and dispatch high voltage technicians to various job sites Ensure all dispatched resources meet safety and regulatory compliance Monitor and manage field operations to maintain high-quality service delivery Maintain accurate records and logs of dispatched activities Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients Provide ongoing support and guidance to field technicians Additional responsibilities as assigned by management Who We Are Seeking Strong background in high voltage dispatching with at least 3 years of experience In-depth knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively Computer proficiency with a familiarity in dispatch software A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork Educational Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus Minimum of 3 years in a dispatch or related role Experience in the home automation or electrical services industry is advantageous Job Purpose The High Volt Dispatcher is critical in ensuring that HomePro’s high voltage services are effectively and safely executed.
