Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruitment role where you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high volumes of candidates in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, relentless, and scrappy - a true talent hunter who can fill roles quickly and efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for KSG across North America (primarily sales-focused roles)
  • Proactively source and headhunt talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruiting strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Track and manage candidates using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Continuously analyze what’s working (and what’s not) to optimize recruiting processes
  • Represent the KSG brand with energy, professionalism, and purpose
