Caribou Thunder is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven High-Volume Technical DoD/Intelligence Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-demand, and ever-evolving talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality candidates in specialized technical roles:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH-VOLUME PLACEMENTS IN DOD/INTELLIGENCE
You will own the hiring pipeline from end to end, working with agility and urgency to fill critical roles with top-tier talent across the Nation and around the Globe. You must thrive under pressure, pivot quickly, and execute efficiently in a high-performance, metric-driven environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical Full-Cycle Recruiting in the Intelligence and DoD industries. Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, focusing on identifying highly qualified candidates in engineering and technology fields.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels: including LinkedIn, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, ATS/CRM tools, employee referrals, and direct outreach. To attract and hire top-tier employees.
- Develop strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Screen, qualify, and present candidates with a sense of urgency, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and cultural fits.
- Maintain compliance with all hiring processes, documentation, and regulations, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment workflow.
- Leverage market intelligence and data to continuously improve hiring strategies and drive recruitment efficiency.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth screening of candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and motivation, ensuring that they meet the position and client requirements. Use behavioral and situational interview techniques to evaluate candidate capabilities.
- Collaboration with Recruiting Team: Partner with hiring managers and the broader HR team to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. Advise team on hiring best practices, industry trends, and candidate market insights.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, to continuously improve the recruitment process and align with business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven ability to place high quality, high-volume candidates in a competitive and demanding environment.
- Expertise in sourcing technical talent using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, ATS/CRM systems, and Job Fairs.
- Strong knowledge of engineering & IT roles, including Software Development, Cyber Security, DevSecOps, AI, Digital Engineering, and Systems Administration.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, meeting aggressive hiring goals while maintaining high candidate quality.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for engaging and closing top candidates.
- Agility and adaptability, with the ability to pivot recruitment strategies as hiring needs evolve.
- Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS Certification in Internet Recruiting is preferred but not required.
