This includes sourcing and triangulating a wide variety of relevant data and interpreting it. The post will also involve generating, analysing and communicating analysis for publication or to support the inspection. You will take responsibility for ensuring the outputs are accurate, timely and relevant.

There will be a reserve list if other opportunities become available. There are 2 full time vacancies and 1 part time vacancy in the Social Care Inspection Insight team and 1 full time vacancy within the post-16 education, training, and skills team.

  • In the Social Care Inspection Insight team, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting children’s social care inspections and identifying inspection trails for inspectors. There will also be the opportunity to work closely with Social Care inspectors and be part of the inspection team that protects vulnerable children and evaluates the effectiveness of Local Authorities children’s social care services.
  • In the post-16 education, training, and skills team, you will contribute to the development new and maintenance of internal tools and products that help support inspectors in planning for inspection. In addition, you will be involved in the production of externally published official statistics and management information

This is a fantastic opportunity to further your experience in Ofsted’s well-established team. The post holder will work with high-achieving professionals at all levels, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. They will have access to amazing benefits, such as flexible working hours, the Civil Service Pension Scheme, and 32.5 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
