The Women, Children & Families Division have a vacancy for the post of Higher Clerical Officer which will support the Women’s Clinic in Perth Royal Infirmary. The post will involve completing all administrative tasks relating to Women’s Pregnancies in the Perthshire area, including processing pregnancy referrals, ultrasound scan appointments and Antenatal clinic appointments.
We are looking for an individual with good IT skills and ability to multi-task whilst covering reception desk duties. Must possess good oral and effective communication skills and knowledge of general office duties, you will have a pleasant and helpful manner and work well as part of a team
