OVERVIEW

The Higher Education Partnership and Compliance Governance role is pivotal in ensuring that our institution adheres to regulatory standards and maintains robust compliance frameworks. This position requires a deep understanding of financial concepts, regulatory reporting, and compliance management within the higher education sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in Higher Education partnership , Inspection like OFS, ISI , OFQUAl or other regulatory bodies.
  • Strong knowledge about higher education and online course delivery
  • Familiarity with auditing standards such as GAAS and the ability to apply them effectively in a higher education context.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks related to regulatory reporting and compliance assessments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across stakeholders and sister concerns while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex regulatory information to diverse audiences. This role is essential for fostering partnerships within the higher education landscape while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.     Job Type: Freelance
    Pay: £12.21-£39.55 per hour
    Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements, including ISI visit , OFS , OFQUAL SCQF etc.
  • Collaborate with above mentioned body’s , preparing policies , documentations and acting on behalf of IQF while communicating.
  • Liaise with UK stakeholders and external stakeholders, presenting IQF’s and its sister concerns .
  • Prepare regulatory reports and documentation as required by governing bodies.
  • Utilize financial software for effective data analysis and reporting related to compliance activities.
  • Communication with relevant Governing body’s IQF sees approval , preparing documents with the help of IQF’s team members, presenting IQF during inspection, advising on IQF’s business growth.
  • Knowledge on University Ranking may be an add on.
