We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and dedicated homecare services team.

YOU WILL:

provide support in the delivery of a quality homecare medicines supply service to patients under the care of the HIV service in Bradford.
provide a link between the HIV service team and the homecare services team to improve the timely prescribing, ordering and supply of patients’ medication to reduce both wastage or missed doses of treatment.
maintain the safe, efficient and cost-effective supply of homecare medicines to patients under the care of the HIV service including clinic collection by patients.
To provide routine advice to patients/carers on pharmaceutical products and further supplies including liaison with prescribers and pharmacy professionals.
