We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and dedicated clinical services team.

YOU WILL:

Work with members of the multi-disciplinary team
Undertake ward-based dispensing to facilitate discharge from hospital
Ensure medicines are in the right place at the right time
Take drug histories and perform medicines reconciliation
Educate nursing staff with regards to medicine matters on the ward
Train junior members of the Pharmacy Department
This role is critical to assist the efficient flow of patients, high rates of medicines reconciliation and to maintain a high standard in seven day clinical pharmacy services.
