Your Role As a High-Level Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality support to classroom teachers by leading small group sessions and delivering targeted interventions to improve student outcomes. Assisting with planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging educational activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Supporting students with special educational needs and helping them to achieve their individual learning goals. Monitoring and assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to teachers and parents. Promoting positive behavioral expectations and maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. What We Are Looking For We seek individuals who are passionate about education and possess the following qualifications and skills: Experience working in a school environment, preferably in a teaching assistant role. HLTA qualification or equivalent is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the educational needs of children and how to support them effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
