The main aim of this role is to work alongside the teacher, who is a trained SENCO, to plan, resource and deliver lessons and activities that are planned to support the individual children within the class and to support the teacher in leading the class, including when the teacher is not present. In addition to this, the successful candidate will participate in the design and implementation of Provision Maps with the teacher. Duties will include monitoring the progress of pupils both educationally and socially on a plan, do and review cycle.
