An all-round Outstanding secondary school in South Birmingham, is seeking a committed and experienced SEND HLTA to join our supportive Learner Support Department ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a thriving, inclusive environment, supporting the needs of our students and making a meaningful impact while covering a maternity leave.

Under the direction of the AHT SENDCo and SEND Lead Practitioner, the successful candidate will:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Learner Support provision.
• Deliver high-quality intervention and support for students with a range of SEND needs, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
• Work closely with staff, external agencies, and families to ensure coordinated, tailored support.
• Plan and deliver bespoke interventions and small group work, maintaining accurate records.
