Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per anum
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS -

The ideal candidate would have:

• Experience supporting young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
• HLTA status or equivalent experience
• Behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• A calm, resilient, and consistent approach
• Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service

HLTA will oversee the daily management of behaviour support spaces, providing structured, responsive interventions for students who require specialist or escalated support. You will work closely with pastoral, SEN, and teaching teams to deliver targeted strategies that support positive student outcomes and engagement. This is a key role within the school’s safeguarding and wellbeing framework.
