JOB SUMMARY

The Teaching Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the educational development of students, particularly those with special needs. This position involves working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to fostering the growth of children, especially those with autism and other disabilities.

SKILLS

  • Experience working with people with autism or other disabilities is essential.
  • Strong teaching skills, with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learning needs.
  • Previous experience with children, particularly in an educational or care setting.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and principles.
  • Ability to provide toddler care, ensuring a nurturing environment for young learners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children through education and support.

    Pay: £110.00-£115.00 per day
